Check-out is by 10:00 AM as per our Hotel Policy. Check-in is available from early afternoon and our front desk operates 24 hours — please let us know your expected arrival time and we'll have your room ready. Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Yes — we can arrange airport pickup for both branches. Please mention this in your booking request or contact reception directly and we'll organise a driver.
Every room includes fast complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, hot water and 24-hour reception.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay, plus all Tanzanian mobile-money networks: M-PESA, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas, HaloPesa, T-Pesa and Selcom Pay.
Continental breakfast is available in our restaurant. Some room packages include breakfast — this will be clearly noted in your booking confirmation.
We currently do not accept pets, with the exception of certified service animals — please let us know in advance.
